Therapy is traditionally a space for discussion, an opportunity for you to speak and be heard.
In sessions with me, we can talk about whatever you want to bring into the space between us.

There are many kinds of conversations; many ways to speak and be heard. I am an emotionally focused somatic therapist, which means that I am particularly skilled at supporting non-verbal,
body based communication.
How do our bodies speak? What wisdom is there in this form of expression? How can we learn to recognize the myriad ways that our bodies, emotions, and thoughts try to communicate with and guide us? How do we transform our daily experiences through attention to our inner conversations? What is possible for us when we begin to fully listen to ourselves? These are questions that I am passionate about exploring in our sessions together.
