There are a lot of reasons why people come to talk with me.  Therapy is, most simply, a space for you to be and explore with company and support.  My role is to be a companion to you in all that you are thinking, feeling, and experiencing.  


In each session, we will think together, feel together, reflect together, and then make a plan for how you want to step forward in your life.
